I’m a wife and proud mother of five, and for much of my life, I carried a deep sense of feeling lost—like something essential was missing, something unfulfilled within me. Despite showing up every day for my family and career, there was always this quiet, aching sense that I wasn’t living in alignment with who I truly was.

Like many, my path has been marked by trauma—experiences that profoundly impacted my mental and emotional well-being. I kept going, pushing forward, even as I felt myself growing more and more disconnected. The loss of my father was a breaking point. Grief shook me to my core. I was angry. Empty. Searching.

And then something shifted.

In my deepest pain, I began to speak to him—to my dad. And to my surprise... he responded. Not in words, but through music, through scents, through signs that only my heart could recognize. For the first time in a long time, I felt peace. I felt held. And I knew, without a doubt, that there was more beyond this physical world—something sacred.

I’ve always had a spiritual side: reading tarot, sensing energy, knowing there was something greater guiding us. My background had always been in Human Resources because I love helping people. But that path no longer felt aligned. It felt too surface-level for the depth I knew I was meant to explore and share.

Then it clicked: Is there such a thing as a Spiritual Life Coach?

Yes. There is. And it felt like home.

I began dedicating my lunch breaks to studying, reading, meditating, and learning everything I could. One step at a time, I walked back to myself—and in the process, I discovered my purpose.

Now, I’m here to help others do the same.

Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or spiritually disconnected, I want you to know: there is peace available to you. There is clarity. There is healing. And you don’t have to walk this journey alone.

Spirituality is a deeply personal and subjective concept that encompasses a wide range of beliefs, practices, and experiences related to the transcendent or sacred. While it often involves a connection with a higher power, divine essence, or universal consciousness, spirituality can be interpreted in various ways and is not necessarily tied to organized religion.

At its essence, spirituality is about seeking meaning, purpose, and a sense of connection beyond the material world. It involves exploring existential questions about the nature of existence, the meaning of life, and the interconnectedness of all things. Spirituality can be expressed through religious rituals, prayer, meditation, contemplation, or engagement with nature, art, music, or literature.

Key aspects of spirituality include:

Connection: A deep sense of interconnectedness with oneself, others, the natural world, and something greater than oneself, often referred to as the divine, the universe, or the sacred.

Meaning and Purpose: Seeking understanding and fulfillment through a sense of purpose, meaning, and direction in life, beyond mere material success or achievement.

Inner Growth and Transformation: A journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and spiritual awakening, involving the exploration of one's beliefs, values, and innermost desires.

Compassion and Love: Cultivating qualities such as compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and unconditional love towards oneself and others, recognizing the inherent worth and interconnectedness of all beings.

Mindfulness and Presence: Cultivating present-moment awareness and a deep sense of presence, allowing one to experience life fully and authentically.

Ethical Living: Guiding one's actions and choices by principles of morality, integrity, and compassion, in alignment with one's spiritual beliefs and values.
It's important to note that spirituality is a highly individual and subjective experience, and it can take many different forms depending on cultural, religious, and personal backgrounds. Some people find spirituality within the context of organized religion, while others may identify as spiritual but not religious, drawing inspiration from various philosophical or metaphysical teachings. Ultimately, spirituality is about the journey of the soul, the quest for meaning, and the exploration of the mysteries of existence.
